Hello , I'm Ginevra Ciardi and I want to tell you about the experience that I had in one month in Switzerland.
In this month I visited so many beautiful places around Switzerland : from the highest mountains to all the different lakes and rivers; I've seen all the different types of views.
I've learnt so many things about the culture and the history of this amazing country .
I've also tried the typical food and the typical traditions.

I've spent the first two weeks , from the 9th of july until the 23rd , with a host family; they were really nice people and they helped me to adapt into this new world. In these 2 weeks i've met a lot of different people from the lions club which take me around Switzerland every day. After this period I stayed 2 weeks in a hostel in Liechtenstein. Here I met a lot of different people around the world , they were all as old as me so it has been easy to communicate with them . We took a specific bus every morning that carried us in some places for doing a lot of different activities. In the middle of this days the Lions club members organized a little event where each person needed to prepare a presentation of his country and explain it to everyone else; it was very nice: you were able to discover a new world with his traditions, foods, people, history...
At the end of these two weeks it was quite hard to say bye to all the people that took care of me during this experience.
Now i'm in my country again and i'm so happy that i made this experience because it teach me so many things ... i improve with my english, but not only that: i've learnt how to comunicate with other people that are completely different from me , i've learnt how to be indipendent, i've also learnt the importance of travel and the importance of made this kind of memories. Nowadays i still have contact whit my roomates and it's so beautiful to remember those days togheter because they seems so far from our normal lives. I will always remember this month with joy and a little bit of nostalgia.
